Yes, you can claim a replacement certificate as long as the exam was no longer than 6 years ago as our records are kept for 6 years only. It is not possible to trace any record earlier than year 2000. You will have to contact your training centre to make a claim on your behalf. Your centre will be invoiced by LCCI. You will then be charged a fee in your local currency by your centre.

Can I take an LCCIIQ examination without going to Registered LCCIIQ Training Centre?

 When the series exam registration begins?

 

Series exam registration begins three months before the exam date (Applicable for all countries in Asia, except Hong Kong which starts six months before exam date). Duration for the registration will be one month.

When will examination results be issued?

 

Results for on-demand, paper-based examinations are released six weeks after the examination date. Results for Series, paper-based examinations are released nine weeks after the date of the last examination in the series.

If I am not happy with my grade, can I ask for a script re-mark?

  Yes. If you feel the grade you achieved is below what you expected, your centre can submit an Enquiry About Results (EAR) on your behalf. There is a fee for this service.
